Hong Kong Flash Exchange Association
The Hong Kong Flash Exchange Association Limited was formerly known as the "Flash Action," established anew in 2023. The former "Flash Action" was established in March 2018.
The purpose of both is the same, founded by a group of passionate and hopeful young individuals, organizing multiple large-scale events each year, providing diversified services aimed at youth, recognized as a charitable organization by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department.
This association will focus on hosting various beneficial cultural and recreational activities for young people, primarily serving those aged 12 to 35.

The purpose of the Hong Kong Flash Exchange Association is to gather youth ideals through various activities, build the confidence of young people to unleash their potential, and help them understand more about different fields; promote unity and communication among youth, cultivate members' leadership, organizational skills, and execution ability, harnessing strength to uphold the spirit of mutual assistance and love; commit to promoting exchanges among youth from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, strengthen the sense of national and ethnic identity among young people, and nurture young elites who care for their motherland, love Hong Kong, and are dedicated and community-oriented.
The Hong Kong Flash Exchange Association, formerly known as the Youth Action, has organized multiple youth activities:
Including the "Greater Bay Area Youth Exchange Group, Journey into Wuyi Culture," to understand the development of overseas cities and enhance teenagers' awareness of domestic development. "The summer Taiwan exchange group” to experience Taiwanese agriculture from a new perspective and explore the cultures of indigenous and new residents, primarily focusing on Taichung and Tainan as the main investigation locations. Traveling through all eighteen districts to understand the Basic Law mobile promotion vehicle, exploring topics such as Hong Kong's alimony and civil education, bringing awareness of social issues to the public. Various types of group activities, such as cuttlefish team-building and dragon boat experience days, to enhance the physical and mental development of young people and expand their social circles;
