Hong Kong Flash Exchange Association is founded in 2023 by a group of passionate and visionary youth leaders, and is a recognized charitable organization under the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong. Our core work focuses on youth aged 12 to 35, committing to planning and promoting various beneficial cultural, artistic, sports, and exchange activities. We guide young people to cultivate positive thinking in a rapidly changing social environment, foster patriotic values, enhance civic awareness, and nurture an outstanding new generation equipped with a global vision and innovative capability.
Since our inception, the Association has stayed true to its founding mission of uniting youth and serving society. Each year, we organize several large-scale and impactful flagship events, including the Shatin Youth Music Festival, Youth Creative Market, Shatin Cycling Festival, and Youth Arts Festival. These events not only provide a platform for young people to showcase their talents, but also promote international cultural exchanges and creative development. We are dedicated to building a diversified practice platform for the younger generation to display their strengths, broaden their global horizons, and work together toward a brighter future.

Through music, the festival aims to build community consensus, reflect the diversity of society, and establish closer community connections. It also seeks to enhance the image of Sha Tin and tell the story of Sha Tin well.
