The Youth Music Festival will invite kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, and tertiary institutions from the Sha Tin district to participate. Through music, the festival aims to build community consensus, reflect the diversity of society, and establish closer community connections. It will also enhance the image of Sha Tin and tell the story of Sha Tin well.

The "Youth Art Festival" focuses on promoting the creative cultural endeavors of both Chinese and Western arts. This year, it will continue to feature "calligraphy," "traditional Chinese painting," "Western painting," and "youth market" activities. The aim is to encourage young people to participate in local cultural and artistic creations through these events, cultivate personal development, and provide a platform for exchange and mutual learning, promoting cultural and artistic exchange among young students from universities, colleges, and primary and secondary schools across Hong Kong.
