Established in October 2023, Hong Kong Generative AI Research and Development Center (HKGAI) is funded by the HKSAR Government through AIR@InnoHK, an InnoHK research cluster focusing on artificial intelligence and robotics technologies. HKGAI specializes in the research and development of generative AI technologies to establish Hong Kong’s locally developed AI foundation model and ecosystem. Led by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in collaboration with local and international institutions, HKGAI focuses on developing localized large-scale foundational models to build an AI ecosystem tailored to Hong Kong’s unique characteristics and service needs.

Love Music & Song Engraving Studio has been continuously providing music therapy services in primary and secondary schools, special schools, social welfare organizations, elderly centers, and medical institutions. The target groups include: young children, children with special needs, adults troubled by emotions, stress, or trauma, individuals with autism, people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, elderly individuals with cognitive impairments or mental illnesses, and their caregivers. This year, we have also set up a studio in West Sha to provide individual services. Additionally, we will hold various music therapy workshops and lectures to promote public understanding of music therapy, mental and physical health, or team training.
